You will advise on equipment needs, plan priorities with Engineering and Facilities, and drive safety, cost, and productivity dashboards. The role requires 4–6 years in facilities/maintenance with 3+ years in leadership, knowledge of OSHA/70E, and proficiency with MS Office and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 4–6 years in facilities/maintenance management with at least 3 years in supervisory/leadership roles.
• Hands-on knowledge of production and facilities equipment."
• NFPA 70E and OSHA knowledge; electrical safety requirements.
• MS Office proficiency and experience with maintenance software for work orders.

Responsibilities

• Create and lead an Equipment Maintenance Team in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop strategies for corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance to support operations.
• Advise on equipment needs to enable business growth.
• Plan work priorities with Engineering Leadership and Facilities.
• Track KPIs on safety, cost, and efficiency and provide dashboards.
