Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in facilities/maintenance management with at least 3 years of hands-on supervisory experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of production and facilities equipment and systems.
• OSHA and workplace safety regulations knowledge (NFPA 70E).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a technical, fast-paced Equipment Maintenance Team.
• Develop a strategy for corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance.
• Plan and prioritize tasks with Engineering Leadership and Facilities Management.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and budget adherence in maintenance work.
• Train team members and track performance; drive continuous improvement.
