Bloom Energy is seeking a Facilities Specialist to join our Newark, DE team for an on-site role reporting to the Facilities Manager. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot building systems, schedule work orders, and coordinate with vendors to keep facilities running safely and efficiently.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years of facilities experience; CMMS knowledge is preferred.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years facilities experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CMMS preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork.
• Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Mansioni

• Performs routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on buildings and building systems.
• Prioritizes daily activities and work order scheduling.
• Keeps management informed on progress of preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Ensures timely completion of work orders in a cost-effective manner.
• Responds to client questions on contracted maintenance activities.
• Maintains safe working practices and participates in safety trainings.
• Responds to emergencies and coordinates after-hours work as needed.
• Inspects completed work for compliance with codes.
• Assists Equipment Maintenance technicians with repairs and upgrades.
• Install technical mechanical equipment per manufacturer recommendations.
