Job summary

Bloom Energy in Newark, DE seeks an Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to lead a high-performance maintenance team on a weekend shift (Fri-Sun, 6 AM–6 PM). You will implement corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance strategies to keep BMCD manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently.

The role requires 4–6 years in facilities/maintenance with hands-on supervisory experience, OSHA/NFPA70E knowledge, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in facilities/maintenance management with at least 3 years of supervisory experience
• Hands-on knowledge of production and facilities equipment
• OSHA and NFPA 70E safety knowledge and electrical safety procedures
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance software

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a high-performing Equipment Maintenance Team
• Develop a maintenance strategy: corrective, preventive, and predictive
• Advise on equipment to enable business growth and track needs
• Plan work priorities with Engineering Leadership and Facilities Management
• Track KPIs and dashboards; ensure safety, efficiency, and budget adherence
• Train team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives
