Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2-year technical degree preferred.
• Experience operating CNC and/or conventional machining equipment.
• Knowledge of GD&T, blueprints, and precision inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines to produce precision components.
• Inspect own work using precision measuring tools and ensure quality.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve processes; support 5S, Kaizen, value stream mapping.
