Job summary

Dakotaland Manufacturing is seeking a Part-time Weekend Shift Machine Operator / CNC Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team. This weekend schedule offers competitive pay based on experience and skill level.

You will operate CNC machines, read drawings, perform quality checks, and help ensure parts are produced safely and on time. Experienced machinists may assist with setups and troubleshooting while mentoring newer teammates.

Qualifications

• CNC machinists with hands-on milling and turning experience preferred.
• Blueprints and GD&T basics; ability to read drawings accurately.
• Familiarity with G-code and machine offsets is a plus.

Part-time Weekend Shift Machine Operator / CNC Machinist

Pay: $19–$35/hour based on experience and skill level

Dakotaland Manufacturing is growing our weekend shift and looking for motivated Machine Operators and experienced CNC Machinists who want a strong schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to build a career in precision manufacturing.

In this role, you will operate CNC machines to produce precision components, read drawings and specifications, perform quality checks using precision measuring tools, make machine adjustments, and help ensure parts are completed safely, accurately, and on time. Experienced machinists may also assist with setups, offsets, troubleshooting, and supporting newer team members.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for dependable people who take pride in their work, communicate well with their team, and care about producing high‑quality parts. CNC experience, blueprint reading, G&M code knowledge, setup experience, and measurement skills are a plus, but we are also open to candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn.

What you bring:

A strong work ethic, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety. Experience with CNC mills, lathes, calipers, micrometers, machine offsets, setups, or troubleshooting is highly valued.
