Ontic is hiring a Painter/Finisher for our Creedmoor, NC operation on the weekend shift. The role involves finishing, masking, spray painting, conformal coating, and related assembly tasks. Must read blueprints and follow work instructions, with 5+ years of spray-painting experience.

Applicants should be safety-conscious and compliant with ES&H requirements; NADCAP experience is preferred. The job supports a physically demanding environment with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 yrs. or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years spray-painting experience required.
• Able to read blueprints and follow work instructions/specifications.
• Safety conscious and conforms to ES&H requirements.
• NADCAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Finish painting tasks, masking and conformal coating.
• Laminate processes: stacking, bonding, impregnation, coil covering.
• Setup and operate shop equipment; adjust for hot jobs as needed.
