Job summary

Ontic is hiring a Painter/Finisher to join our Creedmoor, NC operation for the weekend shift. You will perform finishes including masking, spray painting, conformal coating, and related tasks, while also handling lamination and minor assembly as needed.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and reading blueprints to follow specifications. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, disability, life insurance, paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years spray-painting experience required.
• Able to read blueprints and follow work instructions/specifications.
• Safety conscious and conforms to ES&H requirements.
• NADCAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Finishes, to include masking, spray painting, conformal coating, piece marking, encapsulation, and chemical finishing.
• Lamination stacking, bonding, fluidize bedding, motor impregnation, coil covering, helicoil insertion and other minor assembly.
• Remain flexible to start and stop hot jobs when needed.
