Ontic is hiring a Painter/Finisher for our Creedmoor, NC operation on the weekend shift. The role involves finishing, masking, spray painting, conformal coating, and related assembly tasks. Must read blueprints and follow work instructions, with 5+ years of spray-painting experience.

Applicants should be safety-conscious and compliant with ES&H requirements; NADCAP experience is preferred. The job supports a physically demanding environment with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

What are WE Hiring For?

We are hiring a Painter/Finisher to join our Creedmoor, NC operation for our weekend shift.

What will you be doing?

Finishes, to include masking, spray painting, conformal coating, piece marking, encapsulation, and chemical finishing. Lamination stacking, bonding, fluidize bedding, motor impregnation, coil covering, helicoil insertion and other minor assembly. Remaining flexible to start and stop hot jobs when needed.

Weekend shift Fri/Sat/Sunday 6am-6:30pm.

What Experience, Knowledge, Education are we Looking for?

Must be 18 yrs. or older with a high school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years spray-painting experience required. Able to read blueprints and follow work instructions/specifications. Safety consciousand conforms to ES&H requirements.

NADCAP experience preferred.
