Job summary

Chase Doors in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Top-Coat Painter for the Weekend Shift. The role runs Fri–Sun, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with some mandatory overtime during the traditional work week on either 1st or 2nd Shift.

You will learn the full paint process from prep to finish to meet production timelines and work closely with Area Leads and the Production Supervisor. Responsibilities include following SOPs, inspecting products, ensuring color and finish tolerances, monitoring

Qualifications

• Preferred qualification of 1 year of experience in industrial or auto body painting.
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently.
• Demonstrated ability to follow SOP, quality, and safety practices.
• Must use respirator and complete fit testing.
• Proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Strong communication skills for team coordination.

Top-Coat Painter – Weekend Shift

We are looking for an experienced Top-Coat Painter on our Weekend Shift. Core Schedule is Friday - Saturday - Sunday: 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 pm. with some mandatory overtime during the traditional work week on either 1st or 2nd Shift.

Working in this role, you will learn our process from beginning to end in order to complete paint application from paint preparation to final finish stages to meet production timelines. You will work closely with Area Leads and Production Supervisor to ensure department standards and schedules are met.

Schedule

Core Schedule is Friday - Saturday - Sunday: 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions to demonstrate paint processes so that throughput is met.
• Learn product and inspect while working to identify any questions before next steps are completed.
• Review and understand project specifications, from beginning to end of process.
• Inspect for final prep, load, and unload paint and paint supplies, ensuring color and finish tolerances are met.
• Monitor paint and supply inventories and notify Lead of replenishment needs.
• Perform quality assurance checks throughout the processes.
