The position requires a high school diploma, 2 years of shelter experience (preferred), and First Aid/CPR/AED certification. The schedule spans Saturdays and Sundays, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, with potential additional shifts at other

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of residential or shelter experience is preferred.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification is required or obtainable by Friendship Place.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Residential Aides on shift to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee intake procedures and unit assignments for new residents.
• Coordinate with security, janitorial, and food services during shifts.
• Maintain shift logs and document incidents or irregularities.
• Ensure policy rules are followed and provide de-escalation support.
