Arrow Senior Living in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Weekend Warrior Server for part-time hours. The role greets residents, provides friendly service, and supports dining operations during weekend shifts. The pay range is $18 to $21.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with residents.
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Foster an environment where residents can connect during meals.
• Assist with seating, serving, and clearing tables, and support teammate service.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness team when dietary changes are observed.

Position—Weekend Warrior Server

Position Type: Part-Time

Server pay range: $18 - $21.50 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Monday Friday Saturday and Sunday

6:30am to 2:00pm

• Be an “Appetite Anthropologist:” Communicate with supervisors and Wellness

when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.
