Qualifications

• High school education required.
• State CNAs certification or non-certified with proper training acceptable.
• 1–3 years experience in a senior care setting preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively with management, associates, residents and families.
• Passion to work with and around senior citizens.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Provide resident care with dignity and respect.
• Monitor residents' LOC and report any changes to supervisor.
• Respond to resident calls in a timely manner.
• Assist with meals and dining room guidance as needed.
• Help with cleaning, laundry and room tidying under supervision.
• Follow safety guidelines and proper body mechanics.
