Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma with CNA certification and 1–3 years in a senior care setting, plus strong communication and dementia-care understanding to support residents and families effectively.

Qualifications

• High school education is required.
• C.N.A. certification or valid state certification is preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in a senior care setting is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with management, residents, families and external contacts.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and daily living needs.
• Respond to resident calls promptly and check residents every two hours.
• Escort residents to dining and assist with meals as needed.
• Assist with cleaning and tidying resident rooms and personal laundry as directed.
• Maintain safety and follow OSHA regulations and company policies.
