Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation will be conducted.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply and vary by state/locality.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the location.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity to deter unauthorized activity with a professional presence.
• Complete required reports, logs, and communications promptly per site requirements.
