Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers; ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed; notify authorities and client in emergencies.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; meets employees and documents actions.
• Trains Officers; reviews post orders and assignment details with subordinates.
• Assists in payroll and personnel submissions to the company as designated.
• Ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions in conjunction with management.
• Prepares, files, and submits various reports as required.
• Inspects posts and outlines tasks and responsibilities with subordinates.
• Meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality service.
• Performs supervisory duties including interviewing, orienting, and training employees as needed.
