Job summary

United Security Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Supervisor (Security) in the Chicago Loop area. This weekend role requires availability Fridays 4 pm–12 am and Saturdays/Sundays 12 pm–12 am.

The candidate must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and at least 1 year of security experience, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills to manage a team of 50+ guards.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly assess and handle difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled visits to ensure security guards are at their best.
• Make daily inspections of client locations; ensure post orders followed.
• Provide leadership amongst 50+ security guards.
• Ensure enforcement of policies and client protocols.
• Intervene when necessary and counsel security personnel.
• Ensure efficient, compliant operations at all sites.
• Serve as a resource to clients in operations area.
• Report to upper management.
