Job summary

United Security Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Supervisor (Security) in Chicago. This is a part-time weekend role requiring Friday evenings and Saturday/Sunday shifts in the Chicago Loop. Duties include site inspections, post order compliance, and leading a team of 50+ guards.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of security experience, strong customer service skills, and a valid driver's license with a clean record. A company vehicle and fuel card are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License as well as a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 1 year security experience
• Must possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to quickly assess and handle difficult and hostile situations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled visits to assure our security guards are always at their best.
• Make daily inspections of client locations. Ensure security officers are on post, in proper uniform and following post orders.
• Provide leadership amongst 50+ security guards.
• Ensure proper enforcement of policies and protocols of United Security Services and those of our clients.
• Intervenes, when necessary, in resolving personnel problems and guides counseling of security.
• Ensures the efficient, effective, and compliant operations of all designated sites.
• Acts as a readily available resource to clients (Security Staff) in the area of operations.
• Report directly to upper management at United Security Services.
• The field supervisor will be provided with a company-issued vehicle and fuel card to support the performance of their duties.
• All responsibilities are to be carried out in an honest, ethical, and professional manner and in accordance with United Security Services and clients.

Field Supervisor- Security

United Security Services, Inc. is seeking to immediately hire a Security Field Supervisor for the Chicago Loop area. This is a weekend position, and the ideal candidate would be available from Fridays from 4 pm to 12 am, and Saturdays & Sundays from 12PM-12AM

Security Field Supervisor - Requirements:
