Avride Inc. is seeking a motivated, entry-level Robot Service Technician Assistant for weekend shifts to support deployment of autonomous delivery robots.

This part-time role covers Saturdays and Sundays with varying campus hours, and involves hands-on maintenance, charging, and basic repairs to ensure fleet readiness. The position offers weekly pay through our staffing partner and requires comfort working in diverse environments with the ability to lift items over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare robots for the shift: ensure hardware and software are ready.
• Put robots/batteries on chargers for the night and manage power cycles.
• Clean robots and maintain hardware appearance.
• Perform mechanical repairs on the robot fleet.
• Assist with service campaigns for updates across the fleet.
• Support remote coordination by acting as hands-on field contact.
• Perform calibrations and wheel alignment for safe navigation.
• Keep the workshop clean and organized.
