Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working in varied field environments.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds safely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare robots for the shift and ensure hardware and software readiness.
• Charge robots and manage power cycles to maintain fleet readiness.
• Clean robots and protect external hardware.
• Assist with mechanical repairs on the robot fleet.
• Support service campaigns and software/hardware updates.
• Assist remote support coordinators and act as hands-on field contact.
• Perform calibrations and wheel alignment for safe navigation.
• Keep the workshop clean, safe, and organized.
