Job summary

Park Avenue Extended Care Facility in Long Beach, New York is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to oversee and coordinate resident care during weekend shifts, supervise nursing staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care.

Position: Weekend RN Supervisors

Location: Long Beach, New York

Shift: 7 AM - 3 PM | 3 PM - 11 PM | 11 PM - 7 AM (Weekend shifts)

Salary: $55 per hour

Job Duties:

• Oversee and coordinate resident care during weekend shifts
• Supervise nursing staff and support teams
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
• Provide hands-on nursing care as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid New York State RN license
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts on weekends
