As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing all nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality resident care, and mentoring staff. Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff during weekend shifts
Ensure residents receive exceptional, compassionate, and individualized nursing care
Conduct regular clinical rounds and assess resident conditions
Respond promptly to changes in condition, emergencies, falls, admissions, and other clinical situations
Serve as the primary nursing leader and resource for staff during weekend operations
Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care, incidents, and nursing reports
Monitor compliance with infection control practices, medication administration, and facility policies
Mentor and coach nursing staff while promoting teamwork and professional development
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience
At least one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience
Previous experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care facility strongly preferred
Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Current BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
Competitive hourly pay ($50-$55/hour)
