Genesis HealthCare is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead and deliver high-quality nursing care with some wound care responsibilities. The RN will supervise LPNs and CNAs, coordinate care with physicians, and ensure accurate documentation in PCC EHR.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license (ADN or BSN), BLS/CPR, and experience in long-term or geriatric settings. A $10K signing bonus is offered to new hires, with full-time weekend shifts and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Active RN license in good standing.
• BLS/CPR certification mandatory.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred.
• Clear English communication for clinical documentation.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality nursing care under supervision, including assessments, diagnoses, care planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Lead and supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
• Maintain accurate real-time documentation in PCC EHR.
• Coordinate discharge planning with the care team and physicians.
