Job summary

Pine View Center is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor with wound care responsibilities in West Virginia. The role requires a current RN license, BLS/CPR, and LTC experience. You will supervise LPNs and CNAs and ensure high-quality patient care with accurate documentation in PCC.

Qualifications

Active RN license in your state.
ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Experience in long-term/post-acute/geriatric care preferred.
Proficiency in English for clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
Supervise and delegate to LPNs and CNAs per state acts.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with physicians and care teams for discharge planning.
Maintain accurate, real-time documentation in PCC EHR.
Uphold HIPAA and safety standards throughout care.
