Job summary

Genesiscareers is seeking an RN Supervisor for weekend coverage in our West Virginia facility. The role includes wound care responsibilities and requires a current RN license, BLS, and strong leadership skills.

You will supervise weekend staff, coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team, and ensure comprehensive documentation and patient safety. The position emphasizes growth, teamwork, and a patient-centered culture within a supportive care environment.

Qualifications

• RN licensed (state of WV) and CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in long-term care or post-acute settings preferred.
• English proficiency for clinical documentation.
• Must pass health screenings as required by state guidelines.
• Willingness to lead, mentor and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care and assessments.
• Supervise weekend nursing staff and delegate tasks to LPNs/CNAs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team for care plans.
• Mentor and onboard new staff during weekend shifts.
• Maintain accurate documentation in PCC EHR and ensure regulatory compliance.
