PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to deliver high-quality nursing care and lead an interdisciplinary team in a long-term care setting. The role involves wound care duties, efficient patient care, and ensuring compliance with state practice acts.

The RN will supervise LPNs and CNAs, perform comprehensive assessments, document care using PCC, and contribute to positive patient and family satisfaction. Weekend hours apply.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required with Active, current license.
• ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to achieve positive outcomes.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs per state practice acts.
• Coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain real-time clinical documentation.
