Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Virginia RN license
• BLs certification (Basic Life Support)
• First aid and CPR certification
• Willingness to supervise staff and promote high-quality patient care
• Experience in SNF/long-term care preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing assistants and licensed nurses to ensure quality care
• Coordinate care plans with the healthcare team
• Administer medications and document treatments accurately
• Monitor vital signs and patient status, respond to changes
