Job summary

Nationwide Healthcare Services in Delaware is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to oversee clinical operations during weekend shifts in our skilled nursing facility, ensuring residents receive high‑quality care and supporting the nursing staff. This part‑time role runs every other weekend (Friday and Saturday 11 pm–7 am).

Ideal candidates hold an active DE RN license with 2–3 years of supervisory experience in long‑term care and experience with electronic documentation

Qualifications

• Active RN in Delaware with license.
• 2–3 years supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Experience with electronic documentation is preferred (PCC).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Assess resident conditions and respond to changes in status.
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Manage staffing, assignments, and problem resolution.
• Counsel and provide disciplinary actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations.
