The role requires an active DE RN license and 2–3 years of supervisory experience in long-term care, with strong assessment and decision-making abilities. PCC experience is a plus and compliance with regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Delaware (DE) is required.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Strong assessment and decision-making skills.
• Experience with electronic documentation: PCC experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Assess resident conditions and respond to changes in status.
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Manage staffing, assignments, and problem resolution.
• Counsel and provide disciplinary actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
