Job summary

Apploi is seeking aRegistered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for our Virginia facilities. The role oversees nursing and administrative functions on assigned shifts to ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, coordinate care plans, monitor medications, and collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to maintain a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN/LPN license in Virginia.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience in long-term care or geriatric settings.
• Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care quality and resident safety on assigned shifts.
• Supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; provide clinical guidance as needed.
• Coordinate and supervise implementation of resident care plans.
• Monitor medication administration and assist with complex treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
