You will coordinate with the healthcare team to plan and evaluate patient care, administer medications, educate patients, and monitor vital signs.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work.
• Ability to stand and walk 4+ hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Prepare and administer medications and document administration; report adverse reactions as required.
• Educate patients on procedures and record vital signs.
• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment and interpret displays.
• Initiate corrective action when adverse symptoms occur.
• Provide bedside care for diverse medical patients and assist in discharge planning.
• Record all care information accurately and timely in the required formats.
