A local healthcare provider is seeking a Part-Time Weekend RN Supervisor for shifts including 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, and 11pm–7am. This role requires candidates to work 2 weekends per month and supervise nursing staff, conduct rounds, and provide education to residents and families. Candidates should have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a valid New Jersey RN License. • Educate staff, residents and families as needed
• Ensure staff follow local, state and federal guidelines
• LPN may be considered

Registered Nurse‑RN Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License

• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.

• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift.

• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members.

• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.

• Licensed Practical Nurse‑LPN may be considered
