Qualifications

• BSN preferred; active RN license in applicable state.
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Peripheral IV certification.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Solid nursing practice knowledge and regulatory awareness.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; other languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure quality resident care.
• Assess residents on admission and as conditions change.
• Conduct rounds to evaluate status and identify needs.
• Provide or assist with direct resident care when needed.
