Four County Health & Rehab – Richland, GA is seeking an RN Supervisor for the weekend, part-time role. You will assist the Director of Nursing in organizing and directing nursing staff, admit/discharge/transfer patients, and coordinate care planning in alignment with regulatory standards.

You will supervise licensed and unlicensed staff, maintain communication with physicians, and support quality assurance initiatives.

Formación

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or RN program.
• Active RN license to practice in Georgia.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Director of Nursing in organizing and directing day-to-day nursing staff.
• Admits, discharges and transfers patients as requested.
• Coordinate care planning and MDS process; participate in committee meetings.
• Supervise licensed and unlicensed staff and ensure compliance with protocols.
