Qualifications

• Requires RN licensure in Georgia and a nursing degree.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Director of Nursing in organizing and directing daily nursing staff activities.
• Admits, discharges and transfers patients as requested.
• Maintains communication with physicians and coordinates care planning and MDS meetings.
• Provides supervision and education to licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Completes documentation procedures and ensures Medicare compliance.
