Genesis HealthCare is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Supervisor for the West Virginia Dunbar area. The RN Supervisor will oversee nursing units on weekend shifts, ensure adherence to care standards, and support a collaborative, patient-centered care environment.

The role emphasizes staff mentoring, coordination with other departments, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels to ensure safe, 24/7 nursing care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Weekend availability required for part-time shift.

Responsabilités

• Lead clinical operations on assigned weekend shift, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with other departments to deliver safe, quality care.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate staffing and manage overtime usage.
• Participate in staff recruitment and new-hire orientation.
