PowerBack Rehabilitation in Dunbar, WV is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Supervisor (RN) to support the Director of Nursing and oversee nursing unit operations on Saturdays and Sundays from 7am to 7pm. This role emphasizes safe, efficient care and staff coordination to ensure quality patient outcomes.

The RN Supervisor will lead clinical operations, mentor staff, and collaborate with departments to maintain adequate staffing and minimize overtime. RN licensure is required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shift.
• Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes; mentor staff; coordinate with other departments.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff for 24/7 care while limiting overtime and agency personnel.
• Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation and make recommendations for promotions/transfers/terminations.
