Qualified applicants will hold an active Connecticut RN license with geriatric or SNF experience. CPR/IV certification is required, and prior SNF supervision is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong reading, writing and English comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and quality of care on the assigned unit.
• Ensure adherence to health, sanitary and infection control policies.
• Read, write and follow oral and written instructions.
• Collaborate with supervisors, co-workers and facility staff as part of the team.
• Work weekend night shift and be on-call as needed.
• Minimum one year of education or experience in geriatric nursing or rehabilitation.
