Job summary

Fresh River Healthcare is seeking a weekend RN Supervisor to cover 7am to 11pm shifts. The RN Supervisor will oversee, coordinate, assign, direct, and prioritize the work of nursing staff to ensure the efficient operation of the nursing unit.

This role requires an active CT RN license, English proficiency, and prior experience in acute or long-term care. The position offers a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth and on-site training.

Qualifications

• CT RN license required.
• One year of acute care or long-term care in skilled nursing preferred.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, assign, direct and prioritize the work of nursing staff to ensure efficient operation of the unit.
• Provide weekend supervision and support to the nursing team on 7am–11pm shifts.
• Monitor care quality and resident safety while coordinating with other departments.
