Ark Healthcare and Rehabilitation at St. Camillus, a 124-bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking a Monday through Friday 7-3 Registered Nurse Unit Manager to oversee the unit's operation and quality of care.

The Unit Manager must follow health, sanitary and infection control policies, lead a team, and support geriatric and rehabilitative nursing needs. Qualifications include a valid Connecticut RN license, at least one year in SNF/long-term care, CPR/IV certification; full-time benefits are

• Be responsible for overall operation and quality of care for residents on the assigned unit.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice.
• Interest in the nursing needs of aged and chronically ill with the ability to work with both.
• Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers and facility staff in a team system.
• Minimum one year of education or experience in geriatric nursing or rehabilitation preferred.
• CPR/IV certified

Ark Healthcare and Rehabilitation at St. Camillus, a 124 bed skilled nursing facility is seeking aMONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 7-3 Registered Nurse Unit Manager

TheUnit Managermust:

• Be responsible for the overall operation and quality of care for the residents on the assigned unit.

• Be able to follow all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice set forth by the facility's administration and the Nursing Policies and Procedures.

• Have an Interest in the nursing needs of aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both.

• Have to ability to work with supervisors, co-workers and facility staff in the performance of duties and work within a team system

• Minimum one year of education or experience in geriatric nursing or rehabilitation preferred.

• CPR/IV certified

Qualified Applicants will possess:

• A Valid State of Connecticut RN License

• At least one year of experience withinSkilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facility setting

• Have previous experience in a Supervisor role within a SNF
