Job summary

iCare Health Network's 60 West in Rocky Hill, CT is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead patient care across units during 7p-7a weekend shifts. You will supervise licensed and unlicensed staff, coordinate daily care, and report changes in resident condition to the physician.

Qualifications

• Current/active State of Connecticut RN license.
• Bachelors or Associate Degree in a health related field preferred.
• Current CPR and IV certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years as Charge Nurse or Supervisor in long-term care/rehabilitation.
• Staff development, infection control or MDS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and coordination of patient care in all units for licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Maintaining overall responsibility for resident assessments and reporting changes to the attending physician.
