Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an RN Supervisor for part-time night shifts (19 hours weekly) including 11pm-7am Fridays and alternating weekends to oversee care teams in a long-term care setting.

The role emphasizes care planning, supervision of staff, family communication, and strict documentation to ensure resident safety and quality. A CT RN license and LTC experience are required, along with background, drug screen, and reference checks.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut.
• Prior long-term care experience required.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and references.
• Strong leadership and clinical competency.

Responsibilities

• Assist care planning and monitoring to implement revised plans.
• Oversee staff schedules and coverage for night shifts.
• Communicate changes to families and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Documentation of incidents, orders, and compliance.
• Educate families, residents, and staff on care expectations.
