Job summary

Paycom - ATS is actively seeking a Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor in Houston, TX to ensure quality resident care and well-being. You will participate in rounds, administer meds, document physician visits, and supervise aides while adhering to policies and care plans.

The role requires an active Texas RN license, completion of an accredited RN program, and SNF experience is preferred. Strong communication and policy compliance are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Texas RN license in good standing.
• Completed RN program at an accredited institution.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• During rounds, observe, assess, document, and report resident condition changes.
• Administer medications as prescribed and conduct narcotic reconciliation between shifts.
• Conduct rounds with physician and record visits in clinical records.
• Oversee aides and monitor care; initiate incident/accident reports per policy.
• Identify changes in residents' condition and take action per policies.
• Discharge residents per facility policy.
• Complete Nursing Assessments prior to physician calls; communicate changes to family/guardian.
• Collaborate with Director of Nurses and Administrator on special projects.
