Responsibilities

• Observe and document resident condition during rounds.
• Ensure care plans are implemented as directed.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Coordinate physician visits and document in records.
• Perform narcotic reconciliation across shifts.
• Identify changes in resident condition and take appropriate action.
• Oversee and supervise nursing aides.
• Complete incident and accident reports per policy.
• Discharge residents per policy.
• Communicate status updates to residents' contacts.
• Assist with other projects as needed.
