Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will ensure care plans are followed, rounds are conducted, and regulatory standards are met to deliver high-quality resident care.

The role emphasizes supervision, hands-on support when needed, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifikationen

• BSN preferred; current RN license in the state of employment.
• Peripheral IV certification and CPR/BLS certifications required.
• Strong nursing knowledge and regulatory compliance understanding.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Aufgaben

• Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated, quality resident care, including review and updates of care plans.
• Assess residents upon admission and periodically as their condition changes.
• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and identify needs.
• Provide or assist with direct resident care when necessary, including activities of daily living, meal support, medication and treatment administration, and participation in leisure activities as appropriate.
