Job summary

Fiberhire is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead weekend nursing teams in a skilled nursing facility in Gaffney, SC. The role emphasizes supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensuring high-quality resident care, and coordinating daily nursing operations.

This weekend position offers pay up to $87,360 per year with shift differentials, a sign-on bonus, and excellent benefits. Strong leadership, communication, and EMR familiarity are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

SC RN license is required and unencumbered.
CPR/BLS certification is required.
Minimum 2 years nursing experience.
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
Long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
Familiarity with EMR systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs during weekend shifts.
Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure quality resident-centered care.
Monitor residents’ conditions and respond promptly to health changes.
Ensure accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Provide leadership, coaching, and support to nursing staff.
Assist with staffing coordination and daily departmental needs.
Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and CMS guidelines.
Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams.
Promote a safe, professional environment for residents and staff.
