Qualifications

• SC RN license is required and unencumbered.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience.
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with EMR systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina.

• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Weekend & Shift Differentials

• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Additional $1.75 per hour weekend differential.

• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM: Additional $3.00 per hour weekend differential.

• 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM: Additional $3.00 per hour weekend differential.

• Weekday evening/night shifts (3:00 PM - 7:00 AM): Additional $2.00 per hour weekday differential.
