Qualifications

Current Texas RN license and active license
Strong supervisory and communication skills
Ability to lead, organize, and document care efficiently

Responsibilities

Supervise Nursing Staff: Assign and delegate duties based on census and staff availability
Oversee Medication Management: Monitor administration and coordinate reorders
Implement Care Plans: Ensure plans follow physician orders and policy
Provide Direct Care Support: Perform and supervise treatments as needed
Manage Documentation: Transcribe orders, complete assessments, and maintain records
Lead Shift Communication: Participate in shift reports and inform staff of needs
Ensure Compliance: Enforce infection control and safe work practices
Respond to Staffing Needs: Coordinate coverage during shortages
Oversee Incidents: Investigate variances and complete incident reports
Manage Lab Work: Monitor lab orders and physician follow-up
