Paradigm Healthcare in Houston, TX is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing and directing the nursing department during weekend shifts.

The role requires RN or LVN licensure in the state of Texas, leadership capabilities, and experience supervising long-term care staff. Proficiency with Point Click Care is preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills. This on-site position supports resident safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN or LVN in the state.
• 2 years’ experience in Long-Term Care preferred.
• Experience supervising nursing staff and coordinating care.
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and professional attitude.

Responsabilités

• Perform duties described in RN/LVN job description as applicable.
• Supervise nursing staff to ensure quality care for residents.
• Support and practice nursing objectives and standards.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with regulations and facility policies.
• Identify safety concerns and take action to ensure patient safety.
• Make rounds on units and shifts to assess staff performance.
• Ensure adequate staffing to deliver quality care.
• Attend departmental meetings and report concerns when necessary.
