Job summary

Wynwood Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in New Jersey seeks an experienced nurse leader to provide direct nursing care and supervise CNAs/GNAs and other nursing staff. You will monitor performance, offer education, conduct evaluations, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local standards in a long-term care setting.

Strong leadership and decision-making are essential. Must hold an active RN license in New Jersey and have supervisory experience to oversee nursing services and discharge

Qualifications

• Must have a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a licensed RN in NJ.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and long-term care standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of CNAs/GNAs and other nursing personnel.
• Ensure compliance with Center policies and procedures.
• Provide education, counseling, and performance evaluations.
• Administer disciplinary actions as necessary and issue warnings.
• Coordinate shifts, services, and activities with nursing staff.
• Ensure Nursing Service Procedures Manual is current and followed.
